a) Membership Fees
All membership fees (including Life Membership) are non-refundable once payment is completed.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind or rejection due to incomplete or inaccurate information submitted.
In the event of overpayment or technical error, refund requests must be submitted in writing to secretariat@peniagawati.org.my within 7 working days of payment and must include proof of payment.
b) Program and Event Registration
Payments for programs, masterclasses, and events are non-refundable upon registration confirmation.
Substitution of participants is allowed, subject to prior approval by the Secretariat at least 48 hours before the event.
If an event is cancelled by Peniagawati, participants may choose either a full refund or a credit transfer to another upcoming program.
c) Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days, via the original payment method.
Peniagawati reserves the right to deduct administrative or transaction fees from the refund amount, if applicable.
