Throughout nearly 4 decades since its establishment, Peniagawati has organised various activities for the benefit of its members and Malaysian entrepreneurs at large in terms of enhancing the business and profession. Amongst Peniagawati’s program are entrepreneurship courses, trade exhibitions, leadership and management seminars, dialogue with relevant authorities and talks on financing facilities. In order to expand markets and networks for entrepreneurs in the international arena, Peniagawati has organised many business missions abroad to various cities including London, Athens, Istanbul, Paris, Madrid, Colombo, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh.

In 2017, Peniagawati organised the Malaysia Fashion & Business Mission to New York where it had the success of bringing Malaysian entrepreneurs including designers to penetrate the US market. Due to the success, Peniagawati once again organised the Mission to New York with the strong 90-member delegation comprised of Malaysian entrepreneurs from the fashion industry, food & beverages, lifestyle and others. The main objective of this mission was assisting the delegation to build and expand their business networks in the US while the Malaysian designers will showcase their designs in NY runways in conjunction with New York Fashion Week.

In the conducive entrepreneurship ecosystem of Malaysia, Peniagawati will continue embarking on effective and impactful programs to develop and empower women entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
